Why we price the way we do
Ask three roofers to price the same house and you will usually get three numbers with nothing underneath them. We will not adjust your insurance claim.
Texas law reserves that for licensed adjusters, and a roofer who offers to handle it for you is already outside the rules. We document, we explain the process, and we stop there.
We will not discount your deductible.
It is not lawful in Texas and it is the clearest signal available about how the rest of a job will be run.
We will not use the driveway close.
No same-day discounts, no expiring prices, no clipboard urgency. The estimate is valid long enough for you to get two more.
Who actually shows up
The people who evaluate roofs here live in Denton County, and so do the people who install them. That is deliberate rather than sentimental: a travelling hail team is gone by the following spring, which is roughly when a workmanship question tends to arrive. Local also means the practical knowledge is already in the truck — what the subdivisions were originally roofed with, which streets take the wind off the lake, and how long it actually takes to get from FM 407 to Main Street at four in the afternoon.
