Appointments and Estimates
Evaluations are scheduled by phone, and arrival windows are estimates rather than guarantees — weather and the length of the job ahead of yours both move a schedule. Conditions found once work begins, most commonly damaged decking under the existing roof, may change the price; where that happens we document it and obtain your approval before proceeding. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them.
